Set up a new OtiumWork workspace. You'll be the admin.
OtiumWork is in active beta. By creating a workspace I acknowledge: (1) features, pricing, and the data model may change, and a bug or operation could cause data loss — I should export my data regularly via the Export tool; (2) AI-generated outputs (auto-classification, invoice descriptions, R&D-credit calculations, capacity recommendations) are best-effort and I must review them before sending to clients, accountants, or tax authorities — OtiumWork is not a substitute for a CPA, lawyer, or auditor; (3) I am solely responsible for obtaining whatever consent my jurisdiction requires from any employee before installing the OtiumWork desktop client on their device, and I will indemnify Mashpee Advisors LLC against any claim arising from a failure to do so; (4) maximum liability under any claim is the lesser of fees paid in the prior 12 months or USD 100; (5) no uptime SLA is guaranteed during beta; (6) my data is processed on US or EU servers depending on the region I select, and I consent to that processing.
