What does a seat include?

Everything in the list above — there are no add-ons or per-feature charges. One seat = one active employee on your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Admin → Billing. No long-term commitments. Your data stays accessible during the billing period you've already paid for.

Do you offer annual discounts?

For teams of 25+ seats, yes — annual billing comes with a discount. Get in touch at info@otiumwork.com.

How is billing computed?

We count active employees (those who can log in) on the day of your monthly invoice. Inactive accounts don't count. Add or remove people anytime — the next invoice reflects the change.

Where is my data stored?

European VPS (IONOS, Germany), with TLS in transit. We don't share or sell. Per-tenant isolation enforced at the database query level.
